Advocate Shawlin Jahan Shefa is a recently appointed Advocate, enrolled by the Bangladesh Bar Council with the right to practice before the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka. She completed her LL.B from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), securing 3rd position, and has also completed her LL.M.
She previously served as a Compliance Support Specialist at Banglalink Digital and is currently working as a Research Lead at the Bangladesh Institute of Judicial Administration.
She has developed strong skills in legal research, drafting, and analytical writing, with interests spanning criminal law, civil law, family law, arbitration, environmental law, humanitarian law, and intellectual property. Her academic background and research experience bring valuable insight and guidance to the team.
